With my new laptop, I’ve started looking at some software that my Macintosh hadn’t been able to handle since its a PPC based Mac.

One of the new apps I’ve discovered is Joost, while I had heard quite a bit about it earlier, it wasn’t till recently that I had been actually been able to use it.

One of the channels I find kind of interesting is the Alliance Antlantis channel, where they show movies that I presume the movie network had something to do with.

Just finished watching: The Cold Equations which was a rather interesting movie, I had never heard of the story before but from what I see its a rather well known short story.

Today I went to go see Will Smith’s latest movie I Am Legend. It’s an interesting concept, attempt to save the world from one disease and guess what? You get Vampire-like creatures, who can do The Mummy mouth trick.

I saw this on a regular movie screen, I know its also available in IMAX, however I’m glad I didn’t watch that version of it, this movie has some rather gruesome sections to it. It seems this movie was made to borrow elements from the likes of Resident Evil. However being that this isn’t borrowed straight from a video game, it has a real plot to it.

If you like Will Smith and/or like monster movies you may wish to go see this one.
